Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. You pay the flat price for the job and nothing for us to turn up. If you decide not to go ahead once we have looked, there is no charge for the visit during normal hours.
What if my job is not on the price list?
Send us a description and a few photos when you book. We text back a fixed quote before anyone drives over, and that quote is what you pay unless you ask for extra work.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. Our plumbers are licensed in Florida and the business is fully insured.
What does your guarantee cover?
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If something we fixed fails in that time, we come back and put it right at no charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty on top.
How do I pay?
By cash, card, bank transfer or Apple Pay once the job is done and you have checked the work. We never ask for payment upfront on standard jobs.
